Order & Shipping

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We can only modify or cancel orders if they have not yet been dispatched. If you need to make changes, please act promptly. Returns & Refunds

Do you offer gift wrapping? We provide complimentary gift wrapping for all orders upon request. You can select the gift wrapping option during checkout, and we’ll package your bag in a elegant, reusable wrapper with a blank gift card for your message. Gift wrapping does not extend processing or shipping times.
