Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. This includes dust bags, care cards, and hardware (such as zippers, buckles, and straps) that were included with the bag. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or modification will not be accepted for return or exchange.
For returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or we sent the wrong product. In such cases, we will reimburse the return shipping fee or provide a prepaid shipping label, depending on the situation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not liable for lost or misplaced packages during transit.
The exchange process is available for items of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be required to pay the difference in price before the exchange is processed. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit instead.
Customized or personalized bags (including those with monograms, engravings, or custom color combinations) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We carefully inspect all customized items before shipping, but if you receive a personalized bag with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: First, prepare the item with its original packaging and accessories. Second, ship the package to the designated return address (details provided in the return request confirmation). Third, include a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip inside the package to help us identify your order. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after the returned item is approved. Please note that banking processing times may vary, and it may take additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and any defects, along with your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement, full refund, or store credit at no cost to you. We may request the damaged item to be returned for inspection, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria, including items returned after the 30-day window, items without original packaging, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer. In such cases, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
